Original Packaging Required
For hygiene and resale purposes, we require the cushion to be returned in its original packaging. Please keep the box and packaging materials during your trial period.
Unused & Hygienic Condition
Due to hygiene standards, the cushion must not have been sat on or used. You can inspect and handle the product, but it must remain in new, unused condition for a full refund.

Pack & Ship
Place the cushion back in its original packaging, attach the return label, and drop it off at any shipping location.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirmation. Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no cost, or provide a full refund if preferred. In these cases, you do not need to return the defective item.
